Calling all coaches, consultants, financial advisors and other Independent Professionals:

"How much revenue are you losing because you don't have time to set up your website?"

The first time I put a website together it took me SIX HOURS.That's not counting time to design and write the site...that's just getting hooked up to the Internet.

That's right. I had to figure things out for the very first time. And you'll have to do the same thing:

  • Where do you register your domain name? And how?
  • How do you get set up with a hosting company (without paying $40 a month)?
  • How do you send the domain name to your hosting company?
  • How can you keep your first visitors from seeing that ugly "Under Construction" sign (or worse...a parked domain message)?
  • How do you set up your blog?

If you haven't done this before, expect to get frustrated, angry and ready to hit something. You don't have time for all this. You've got more important things to do (like talk to your existing clients, finish the paperwork and create some brilliant marketing strategy).

It doesn't have to be this way.

You can take advantage of my experience. For just $99, save yourself 6 hours (or more). You probably make more with a single hour of client consultation...an hour you'll lose if you don't have your website up and running!

Here's how it works:

Give me your domain name (and a couple of options, in case it's taken). (Optional: I'll some domain name research and check for keywords.) You own your domain name and have complete control.

Tell me whether you want 6 months hosting or 1 year. (Expect to spend $9 a month or less.) Your service gets registered in your own name: no middleman.

Tell me your favorite colors and send me some of your favorite business related graphics and photos.

Send me a minimum of ONE short paragraph about your business. (Optional copy writing and editing available.)

I'll send you an invoice for $99 plus the cost of hosting and domain purchase. Pay me by PayPal: fast, easy and safe.

You go away and do what you do best: work with clients and make money.
Watch for the "All Done!" message at the time we agree on (usually less than 24 hours).

Your website works! When people come to your site, they see a nice paragraph about your business (maybe a photo if you've got one). They have a place to sign up for your list, even if you haven't opened for business. No "Under Construction" signs: you show the world you've got your act together.

You upload pages as soon as they're ready: we give you and your designer the FTP information.

Your WordPress blog is ready for posting, in your favorite colors, with an attractive template - no ugly blue that practically screams "Spam."  You're "live" and ready to go. (Optional: get widgets all set up so you can tell the world you're ready.)

"But I can just learn to do it myself! Why should I work with you?"

Frankly, it's not a good use of your time

Sure, you do need to invest some energy learning the Internet. But once you're set up, you won't need to figure out how to do this for a long, long time. Need a change? You'll have forgotten...and the Internet will be different. And frankly, you'll probably be too busy to do it yourself.

"What if have nothing - no design and no content? Just a pile of sticky notes?"

No design, no content...no problem! I'll recommend resources who can put the whole project together, seamlessly, while you continue serving clients and selling products. Or you can get one-to-one coaching if you prefer (and have time) to do it yourself. I can find resources for just about any budget.

"But I need more! How can I get paid? Who will maintain the site?"

Ask me about Concierge services: install your shopping cart, web site maintenance and more.

So...how much is 6 hours worth to you? That's how long I spent the first time I set this up. And I'm pretty fast. Some people spend weeks putting their first website together.

You could...

  • Do it yourself (if you've got an extra 6 hours with nothing to do).

  • Have your web designer do all this (they'll charge a lot more...and most of them won't do the basics anyway)

  • Hire a hosting service that promises to give you everything (you'll pay $40-$50 a month for hosting instead of $9 here...almost $500 difference the first year).
Or you could hire me. I'm Alicia Rittenhouse, an experienced VA who graduated from AssistU, the premier training program for Virtual Assistants.
